Waldemar Olbryk
President of the Board, CEO of Archicom S.A.
Waldemar Olbryk is a graduate of the University of Lodz (major in International Economic Relations), and also completed MBA studies at the University of Lodz/University of Maryland. For over twenty years he has been managing business ventures in Poland. Specialised in management of land acquisition and development projects. Successfully served as a management board member of a company in the development and construction industry (Echo Investment, Skanska) as well as a Manager and Director in companies from the oil and industrial sector (BP, Philips).
Agata Skowrońska-Domańska
Vice President of the Board of Archicom S.A.
Agata Skowronska-Domanska is a graduate of the Academy of Finance in Warsaw (majoring in Life Insurance and Risk Management, University of Bournemouth/Academy of Finance in Warsaw (major in Financial Services), Warsaw School of Economics/Ernst&Young Academy of Business (postgraduate studies in Financial Management) and the Warsaw School of Economics/University of Quebec in Montreal (MBA).
Agata Skowronska-Domanska has over 20 years of experience in financial and controlling management in managerial positions. Among other things, she was responsible for building financial and operational supervision strategies for investment projects, implementing the necessary standards, procedures and tools based on a process approach and using digital solutions, as well as being in charge of financial and tax aspects in the real estate sales process.
Dawid Wrona
Management Board Member of Archicom S.A.
Dawid Wrona has 20 years of experience in the property development industry, gained in all market segments. Previously, he worked, among others, with Dom Development S.A., Marvipol S.A. and a leading Romanian developer – Impact Developer & Contractor. For the last 6 years he has been responsible for all residential projects at Echo Investment, developing areas related to sales and marketing. As an initiator of new ideas and technological solutions which support customer service, he created the field of Customer Experience in the organisation. He is a graduate of IMD in Switzerland – Foundations For Business and ICAN Institute.
Rafał Zboch
Management Board Member of Archicom S.A.
Rafał Zboch is a graduate of the University of Warsaw (major in Law and Administration), he is also a Legal Adviser registered in the list of the District Legal Advisers in Warsaw. Rafał also completed postgraduate studies at the University of Warsaw (major in European Law) and at
Collegium Civitas in Warsaw (major in History of Art). He has over 20 years of experience in handling real estate projects, as well as in providing corporate services.
Nicklas Lindberg
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Appointed as a president of Echo Investment in 2016. Responsible for the company’s strategy and development.
Since 2016 Echo Investment has significantly grown its scale of operation and pipeline. The launched Strategy of Profitable Growth transformed Echo Investment into pure developer operating in seven major Polish cities, as well as market leader in residential, office and retail real estate sectors. The Group started to design and build urban ‘destination’ projects, that combine all functions and are well-designed parts of the cities, where people can live, work and spend their time. It has also started operating in flexible office space (CitySpace) and rental apartments (Resi4Rent) segments. Increasing its scale in the residential segment in 2021, Echo Investment acquired Wrocław-based Archicom S.A., and Nicklas Lindberg became chairman of its supervisory board.
Until 2015, Nicklas Lindberg was associated with the Skanska Group, where he held several top positions. He was, among others, president of Skanska Commercial Development Europe (CDE), head of Skanska Property Poland, president and CFO of Skanska in Russia, as well as manager of Skanska’s Residential Development units in the Nordics. In 2001 he graduated from University of Lund.
Marek Gabryjelski
First Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board
His experience includes many years in commercial company bodies, including in supervisory boards of public companies. In 1998 graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics at the Faculty of Finance and Banking. First professional experience gained as a stockbroker at the Brokerage House of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A., and between 1998 and 2002 he worked at the consulting firm Arthur Andersen Polska Sp. z o.o. – as an associate in the Corporate Finance Department and then as a consultant in the Audit and Economic Advisory Department. In the years 2002-2005 he was the President of the Management Board of Nectar Polska Sp. z o.o. – a leading producer of honey, mead and bee products in Poland, and between 2008 and 2014 – the Vice-President of the Management Board of Alvernia Studios Sp. z o.o.. Since 2015, he has held the position of Director of the Financial and Risk Management Department at PGNiG Supply &Trading GmbH. In addition to the aforementioned positions, in the past he has also served on the supervisory boards of public companies such as Mostostal Zabrze Holding S.A., Kredyt Inkaso S.A., Polenergia S.A. and GANT Development S.A.
Konrad Płochocki
Second Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration from the University of Warsaw in 2008. He has been a legal adviser since 2013 and holds a real estate agent’s licence granted by the Minister of Infrastructure.
He is a managing director of the Polish Association of Developers.
Between November 2006 and December 2007, he was employed at Habitats Home Sp. z o.o., initially as a licensed real estate agent and, from June 2007, as a director of the Contract Execution Department (lawyer). Between November 2008 and April 2009 he was employed at ‘Hough, Lebiedziński & Partners Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością’ as a junior associate. In the period between April 2009 – July 2011 he was employed at the Mortgage Credit Foundation as a lawyer (with specialisation in the field of mortgage law, real estate financing, real estate law, bankruptcy law). Between August 2011 and February 2012 he was engaged at CMS Cameron McKenna Dariusz Greszta sp. k. as a lawyer, being a member of the banking law and international finance team. Since February 2012, he has been employed by the Polish Association of Developers, initially as deputy a managing director and since July 2013 as a managing director.

Maciej Drozd
Supervisory Board Member
Appointed to the management board of Echo Investment in 2015. Responsible for finance and support functions.
While introducing the Profitable Growth Strategy, he restructured the Echo Investment group . His tasks included changingthe model of operation and financing of the Group – from the long-term owner of a portfolio of commercial real estate generating fixed income from rent, to a pure developer focused on fast capital turnover and generating high returns. As a result, Echo Investment has been paying dividends on a regular basis since 2016. The company is also one of the largest bond issuers in the real estate sector.
He joined Eastbridge Group in 1995, initially as the financial director of the group’s operational companies. Between July 2009 and June 2015 he was also the CFO and managing partner of Eastbridge Group. He studied philosophy, mathematics and management at the University of Warsaw and holds a master’s degree in philosophy and a master’s degree in management. Maciej also holds an MBA degree from the University of Illinois.
Małgorzata Turek
Supervisory Board Member
Małgorzata Turek has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector gained both in investment and development companies, as well as international law firms. She specialises in the field of asset management, as well as purchase and sale of properties. Since 2017, she was a president of then newly established company Globalworth Poland Real Estate, where she was responsible for organising, building a balanced portfolio of revenue-generating properties, as well as establishing all key functions of the company. She gained her experience at Skanska Property Poland, where from 2012 to 2017, as a management board member (Chief Operating Officer), was responsible for transactions and operations. Previously, she worked at a renowned law firm Linklaters law firm, where she specialised in commercial real estate transactions. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and a member of the Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poland. From March 2019 in the Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. she is responsible for the department of investments, sales of properties and project planning and preparation.
Peter Kocsis
Supervisory Board Member
Peter Kocsis is a vice president (Deputy CEO) of Wing, responsible for strategy, risk and controlling. He is responsible for the risk analysis and controlling of 19 real estate SPVs with assets of EUR 650 million with an annual rental income of EUR 61 million. He is a member of the management board and is responsible for the controlling of real estate service subsidiaries with revenues of EUR 70 million. Peter also develops the strategy and business plan for a portfolio of development projects with a gross development value (GDV) of EUR 1 billion. He also holds the position of the Chief Risk Officer of Wing Group’s real estate fund management company. In addition, Peter also supervises digitalisation, the ESG area and is heavily involved in Wing’s international activities.
Peter graduated from the Corvinus University in Budapest (Master’s degree). He has also obtained further postgraduate degrees from the University of Birmingham (MIS) and the Georgetown University (MSFS). He speaks Hungarian, English and German.
Bence Sass
Supervisory Board Member
He is an experienced real estate investment professional with over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. As a vice president, he leads the team responsible for the international development and investment transactions of the Wing Group. To date, he has been involved in in transactions with a total volume in excess of EUR 1 billion. Responsible also for business development and intra-group transactions. Prior to holding his his current position, Bence Sass was a member of a leading real estate finance team at the UniCredit bank.
Bence holds a bachelor’s degree (BA) from the Budapest Business School in Budapest and a master’s degree from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics Budapest (MBA).
He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He speaks Hungarian, English and German.
