Ecology
We build our estates with respect for the environment. We make sure that our impact on nature is as small as possible, while allowing the residents of our estates to enjoy its benefits.
Society
We create good places to live with recreation areas (fitness centres, chillout rooms), green areas (parks, avenues, squares) and retail and service outlets, in line with the idea of a 15-minute city.
Corporate governance
We conduct our business in a transparent and ethical manner, and we also require the same from our business partners. These are values that we also promote as a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
We carry out each project with respect for its area’s past. We make sure that our residents are aware of the heritage and character of the place they live in.
Browary Wrocławskie
Revitalisation of historic elements in Browary Wrocławskie (fascia boarda, girders, a clock tower, horse ramps).
Olimpia Port
Preserved historical chimneys of the former brickworks in the Olimpia Port project.
Fuzja
Preserved historical buildings of the Scheibler factory where extraordinary lofts and loft apartments are created.
At Archicom, we build places to live well and comfortably, which is why we stay in every estate for a long time. We work with residents, organise neighbourhood events for them, listen to their needs and participate in grassroots initiatives such as Participatory Budgets.
Olympia Port full of greenery
Park Kolumba, a vast green Barcelona plaza, preserved old trees, new plantings and a natural waterfront, as well as a green multipurpose plaza – that’s six hectares of nature in the estate.

Vernissage of Ludmiła Ogorzelec in Ogrody Hallera
Vernissage and unveiling of “Zabłąkana Chmura” by Ludmiła Ogorzelec took place in 2012 and at the same time marked the completion of the next phase, of the intimate estate Ogrody Hallera.
The presence of art where we live enhances our sensibility and quality of life. Which is why we often highlight the works of promising artists in our estates.
